SONY IMX326LQC 6 million image

Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation has developed the CMOS image sensor “IMX385LQR” for industrial applications. The diagonal of the CMOS image sensor is 8.35mm (1/2 type), 2.13m effective pixel color CMOS image sensor. The sensitivity is twice that of the existing product (IMX185LQJ).
With a sensitivity of 2,350 mV, the IMX385LQR delivers the low-light image quality required for industrial camera applications, making it the most sensitive SONY image sensor for industrial applications.
In addition, SNR 1s1:0.13lx is achieved through built-in gain amplifier and high conversion gain pixel adjustment, making it SONY’s highest-performance full-hd image sensor in industrial applications.

Product features:
.
High sensitivity with new generation 3.75 micron pixel (twice as sensitive as existing products)
.
Powerful low illumination performance SNR1:0.13lx
.
DOL – HDR function
.
Multifunctional interface (low voltage LVDS, MIPI CSI-2 serial interface)

Powerful low illumination performance
Industrial cameras need to produce color images with high image quality even in dark conditions.
By installing the most sensitive new pixel in the image sensor, SONY has achieved the highest sensitivity of 2,350 mV, about twice the size of the existing 1/2 “Full HD product (IMX185LQJ), which has the same 3.75 micron pixel size.
In addition, high conversion rate pixel SNR1s;
The 0.13 lx is the highest performance SONY’s full-hd image sensor has ever seen in an industrial application. In addition, the technology used to increase the sensitivity of near-infrared light areas can also improve the image quality of near-infrared LED lighting.
DOL – HDR function
IMX385LQR supports DOL (Digital Overlap) HDR function.
This feature USES a method where the output data is three frames at different exposure times, line by line, rather than frame by frame. Compared with the existing multi-exposure HDR function, it can improve image quality, especially under low illumination.

Multiple output interfaces
The IMX385LQR is equipped with two different types of output interfaces (low voltage LVDS series, MIPI csi-2) to meet the diverse needs of customers.
The maximum output data rate of the low-voltage LVDS serial interface is 445.5 Mbps/channel, and the number of output channels can be selected from 1 ch, 2 ch or 4 ch.
The maximum output data rate of MIPI CSI-2 interface is 742.5mbps /channel, and the number of output channels can be selected from 1 lanes, 2 lanes or 4 lanes.
